[Nokia mad]

Hi guy's can anyone me out with this:=

I have a Nokia 7250i and have just installed the MA-620ir cable and the software that came with it, but all I get when I try to connect the pnone is 'Trying to connect to handset' I.ve also tried Nokia data suit 5.1 and that gives me this error message 'Irsocket Apl caused an error' I have re installed the drivers loads of times but it hasn't made any difference.
