Jesus man! Figuring out the right solution for your cell phone needs is hard!

Suppose i wanted to use my verizon phone on page plus for my voice service and then at the same time use the phone on verizon for their data plan? Is there an android program out there that will switch the phone's settings to accomplish this or some methods someone is familiar with?
