For those of you that are wanting to switch to another company I switched to Tello and have been very happy. I have unlimited talk and text and 1gig of data for $10 a month. They have many,many plans to choose from. A plus is they don't tax the crap out of you. Taxes for my monthly is 17 cents. Coverage for me is excellent. They ride on the T Mobile system and I travel extensively in the Utah,Nevada, California/ Sierras and find I have coverage even in the remote areas. When I call customer service it usually rings directly to a person that is able to help. they also have a referral program where using a code you get $10 when you sign up. I also get a $10 credit if you use my code.
