You can transfer your contacts from any iPhone device to your HTC One SV by using iTunes and Google/Gmail sync.

Requirements:

1. You need to have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC.
2. A Gmail account.

Synchronizing your contacts from your iPhone to Gmail via iTunes

1. On your computer, open iTunes.
2. Connect your iPhone to the computer via the USB cord.
3. From your devices list on iTunes, select the desired iPhone device.
4. Then click on the Info tab.
5. From the Sync Contacts with option, select either Google Address BookContacts or Google Contacts.
6. Click the Google ID field and enter your Gmail address.
7. Click the Password field and enter your password.
8. Then click OK.
9. The contacts of your iPhone should now be synchronized to your Gmail account.

The contacts from your iPhone should be completely synced to your HTC One SV in just a few minutes. If, however, you don’t have the Gmail account added on your HTC One SV, follow the next steps to do so:

1. Go to the Home screen and open the Notification panel -> tap Settings -> select Accounts & sync.
2. Then tap + (plus sign) -> select Google and follow the simple on-screen instructions to set up your Google Account.

To enable your HTC One SV to automatically sync your accounts, follow the next steps:

1. Go to the Home screen and open the Notification panel -> tap Settings -> select Accounts & sync.
2. Switch the Auto-sync option to ON.

For syncing an account manually:

1. From the Home screen, open the Notification panel -> tap Settings -> select Accounts & sync.
2. Tap your Google account and then tap the Refresh icon.
3. This will immediately sync your account, so your contacts should be synced as well in just a few minutes.
