View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap "Phone" from the home screen
  2. Swipe the screen left or right to reach the "Call History" tab
  3. To reset the call log, tap the "Menu" icon
  4. Tap "Remove call history"
  5. Tap "Menu" > "Select all"
  6. Tap "Delete" and press "OK" to confirm

Call and Message Blocking

Block Calls:

  1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
  2. Launch "People"
  3. Tap "menu" > "Manage contacts"
  4. Tap "Blocked contacts" and press "Add"
    • To block a contact from the phonebook:
      1. Check the box next to the desired contact(s)
      2. Tap "Save"
      3. Tap "OK" if you want to copy the contact information to another account before blocking
    • To block a new phone number:
      1. Enter the phone number
      2. Tap "OK"

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Launch the "People" app
  2. Press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Manage contacts" > "Blocked contacts"
  4. Tap "Menu" > "remove block contacts"
  5. Select the contact / number you wish to unblock
  6. Tap "Delete"

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Tap the "Messages" icon while viewing the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the message thread containing the number you wish to block ("Message options" should appear)
  3. Tap "Block contact"
  4. To unblock messages from a contact, press "menu" from the "Messages" screen
  5. Tap "Block list" and select the contact you wish to unblock
  6. Tap "Menu" > "Unblock contacts"

Call Forwarding

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward" and enter the number you wish to forward your calls to
  5. Tap "Enable"

Forward Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
  2. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  3. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or Forward when unreachable"
  4. If necessary, enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward"
  5. Tap "Disable"
