Via iCloud:
NOTE: If youve used the iCloud backup service on your iPhone then the contacts on your device should have already been backed up on your iCloud account. If so, you can access your iCloud account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard file format.
- Open the Internet browser on the computer
- Visit https://www.icloud.com/
- Sign in with your iCloud account and go to Contacts
- Select the contacts you want to share
- Click Settings > Export vCard
- Once the vCard is downloaded on the PC, import it to Google Contacts or, alternatively:
- Connect the HTC One M9s to your computer via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage, and import its contents using People

- After it connects, click the iPhone in iTunes
- Go to the Info tab and enable Sync Contacts With
- Select Google Contacts from the drop-down menu

Using Send Anywhere:
NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere (iOS and Android). The app uses a P2P connection to transfer contacts from one phone to another without requiring a computer.
- Go to the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
- Visit the Google Play Store and install the same app on the HTC One M9s
- Launch the app on both devices
- On the iPhone, tap Send > Contacts
- Select the contacts you want to share
