Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “People” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and perform one of the following steps:
    • To block an existing contact: check the box associated with it and tap “Save”. (Optionally, tap “OK" if you wish to save the contact information to a different account)
    • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Access “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the desired contact and tap “Delete” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
  2. Tap & hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block messages from
  3. At the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Unblock contacts”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when busy”, or “Forward when unanswered”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Tap “Always forward” or a different option you want to disable
  4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
