Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People” and tap “+”
  3. Enter the contact’s name in the appropriate field
  4. Tap “Contact Type” and select an option such as “Phone”
  5. Tap the button under “phone” and select a phone number type
  6. Enter the contact’s phone number and other details in the proper fields
  7. When you’re ready, tap “Save”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch the apps drawer
  2. Open “People” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Import / Export contacts”
  4. Select to “Import from SIM card” / “Export to SIM card” / “Import from SD card” / “Export to SD card”
  5. Select the desired contacts if necessary, or alternatively tap “Menu” > “Select all”
  6. Follow any other steps that may follow to complete the import or export

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
  3. Tap “Add” and choose a contact. Alternatively, use the “Search” field to find the contact quicker
  4. Tap the button under “Number” and select the phone number you want to add to speed dial
  5. Tap the button under “Location” and select the speed dial key you want to link with the number
  6. Tap “Save” to confirm

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Delete contacts” and select the contacts you want to remove from your phonebook
  4. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Swipe the screen left and access the “Groups” tab
  3. Tap “+” and enter the desired name for the group
  4. Tap “Save”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Groups” tab
  3. Select a group and tap “+”
  4. Check the boxes associated with the contact(s) you want to add to the group. Optionally you can use the “Search” field to find the contacts quicker
  5. Tap “Save” when ready

View and Clear the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Swipe to “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Remove call history”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and tap “Select all”
  6. Press “Delete” > “OK” to confirm
