Need to reinstall MMS on XV6700

Well I did the reset that removes all of Verizon's customizations and well I need the MMS to have the ability to send pics and what not.

So I went back to the thread (I'd post the link to the thread but the site wont allow me yet) where I found the instructions on how to reset the phone and remembered that it was said that the customizations could be reinstalled per the cab files in the extended ROM partition.

How do I get to the extended ROM partition so I can run the cab file to reinstall the MMS part?

Also...my IE doesn't connect anymore to Verizons network so no more surfing...I'd guess I would have to just create a new connection with Verizon's settings?
