The past few months, ive been having MAJOR issues with my HTC Star Trek.

Heres a list:

1.) It locks up probably once a day
2.) It reboots randomly, sometimes never, sometimes 3 times a day.
3.) Even if the "alarm clock" is OFF, it still acts as though its ON as its woken me up on my days off when i CLEARLY set the alarm to OFF.

Granted, these are very minimal, but with all this stuff happening on a day-to-day basis, it just really REALLY upsets me.

Is there any way to re-flash the phone and "start fresh"?

Ive tried clearing the memory by taking out the battery and holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds, but obviously that didnt work.

If ANYONE can help me out, id greatly appreciate it!!!!
