Verizon Media locks up and crashes on my desktop PC. I tried just interface the phone directly via the USB cable. I could see two drives (phone and SD card I assume) but when I clicked on them nothing was visible. Anyone had this issue? How have other downloaded pictures off the phone other than via email attachments?

that happens to my Palm once in a while..i live with the fact that sometimes, it work and sometimes it wont.. try on a different computer, a higher version of Windows if your using MS.. and check if the driver is installed too..
