HTC HD2 Ice Cream Sandwich Problem!

Hey guys!
I have an HTC HD2, and it's a really great phone but I can barely use it or personalize it
I saw that it's OS could be changed to Android's Ice Cream Sandwich OS
But along the way it got stuck and I panicked and I removed the USB connection
So now it's stuck on that same screen
Any idea on how to help?

Try battery pull, then retry the new OS install

What's that?
It gets stuck at the part: "[9270] --suspend--"
I think that's the correct thing ^^
I can go to the multicolor screen

Yeah I retried it from the tutorial, but it gets stuck again

Any luck???
If not, You may want to try a different soucre for your new OS.
