Turn ON Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Settings and tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding and select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Enable to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Settings and tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when unreachable, Forward when unanswered or Forward when busy
- Tap Enable / Update to confirm
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
- Tap Disable to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts and tap Add
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact: select it and tap Save. Optionally you can also tap OK to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap OK
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Access Blocked contacts and tap Menu
- Tap Remove blocked contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- In the Message options pop-up, tap Block contact
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts to confirm
