    Huh? Nokia is the most large mobile provider, how come they still do corruption, even if they have zillions of income?

    This indeed comes as a piece of very surprising news that Nokia Siemens Network is going for parts of bankrupt infrastructure company, Nortel. I wonder what the reason behind is.
