Question 4: What type of head phones can I use with it?
Question 5: What is the limit of microSD card I can use? 2 GB?
Question 6: Can I connect this phone to my computer and use the bitpim hook up?
Question 7: Is the USB port for charging or is it for computer connectivity? I guess this one goes with Question 6?

Re: Kyocera X-TC questions
OK - so it appears that the X-tc is locked down and the USB port is used for charging ONLY. So how does VM / Kyocera (/Flextronics?) program the phone? If one wanted access to the firmware, how would one go about copying it? Are there firmware updates available that would allow one to enable bluetooth serial port mode? I found some reference on the tubes indicating that the phone is REprogrammable over the air (leaving VM / Kyocera with potential capability to back out any firmware "upgrades" one manages to make to the phone). I've also seen things like a special cable that plugs into the physical headset jack that might allow reflashing / access to the firmware.
Any ideas?
Quick note: there is a menu option within the phone that will allow backup of pictures to a microSD. (Haven't tried it, but the option is there.)

The backup-to-micro SD feature works very well. A multicard reader/writer plugged into the USB port of my PC makes it much more effective, however, for editing photos shot with the phone's camera, transferring photos back and forth and using it for the wallpapers and animated screensavers I make with my graphics programs. Helpful hint: Open the "my pictures" folder before saving them. It's much easier than dragging and dropping afterwards.
