  7. Connect the Hydro Air to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard file to the phone’s storage, and import its contents using the “Contacts” application

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require you to have access to a computer, you can also transfer your contacts without one, by using third party apps instead. My Contacts Backup is a third party app for iOS that allows you to back up and transfer contacts via email.

  2. Open the app and tap “Backup”
  3. Once the vCard backup file is created, tap “Email”

  5. Send the email to your own address
  6. On the Kyocera phone, open the email and download the attached contact backup file
  7. Launch “Contacts” and use the “Import” option from the app’s menu to add the vCard’s contents to your phonebook

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another app you can use for contact transfer is Send Anywhere. The app uses a P2P connection to transfer data from one device to another, even cross-platform. The method doesn’t require a computer.

  1. Launch the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Install the same app on the Hydro Air via the Google Play Store
  3. Open the app on both handsets
  4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
