Block Calls:
- To block a call, the desired phone number needs to be added in your contact list. Check this thread for instructions on creating contacts
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to block and tap “Menu”
- Tap to enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock a Phone Number:
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap the contact you wish to unblock
- Press “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Forward Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward “When unanswered”, “When busy” or “When unreachable”
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” or another forwarding option that you wish to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
Reset the Call Log:
- Tap “Phone”
- Access “Recent calls”
- Tap “Menu” > “Filter by” and select how you want to sort your call log
- To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log”
- Tap “OK” to confirm
