And.....
I installed everything got the drivers up and running (after some troubleshooting) and for the first time, i got the blue screen of death. So i rebooted everything re-did all the drivers...transferred a ringtone successfully...and 10 min. later, i got the blue screen again. And again. Everytime i have to reboot i have to reinstall the drivers and everything. And then a few minutes later or so the blue screen will pop up again. Anyone have this problem? IT SUCKS.
Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I was able to access my VX7000 via the USB cable, only my PC reboots upon disconecting the cable. WIN XP PRO?? It kind of freeks me out because I try a lot of bogus sh@t and never get a sys reboot.

Are you using bitpim or QPST? If bitpim, try QPST, it seems to work a lot better with LG, at least it does for me.
You can find it at one of these locations.

Using QPST...
It's not those programs that are doing it, it's the driver's programs that came with the usb cable.US Cellular=Terrible
