I've searched everywhere for an answer to my problem and the search led me here. I bought the Mobile Office Kit for my Verizon 3200 phone yesterday because I'm interested in making my own ringtones. I followed all of the installation steps perfectly, but my computer isn't detecting my phone. And when I'm in BitPim and I select "Detect Phone" it says that it doesn't detect a phone.
Can someone PLEASE help me? I'm completely lost. Thank you!

Nope. Didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I appreciate it.
Anyone else? Is it a bad cord?

Every time I use Bitpim I need to go to Device Manager and display the port for the phone. I don't do anything with it. Just display it and close it and then Bitpim works. I found this someplace else in here. Don't know why it works but it does.

Have you set your data connection to DATA IN ALWAYS? Also make sure method is set to USB/RS232C and speed it as 115200. You will have to change this everytime you reboot your phone.
