Phone virus?

I have an LG1400. My phone has been connecting to the internet by itself. I know it sounds weird, but something is happening. I discovered it by the charges on my bill. It is connecting when it is turned on, but I am not using it. Does anyone know what is happening? I had the internet blocked.

i have an unlimited internet package, and when i got my phone, i set it to connect automatically. maybe your phone is connecting automatically, and if thats the case, refer to your manual on how to disable that feature.

I read my manual and tried different things, then I called Cingular help desk. They told me I could not change that on my phone. Thanks for your reply.
