how can i put my phone set to "ringer off" and not to "manner mode". i hate it when it vibrates, its annoying.

i have browsed your phone's instruction manual (available at http://www.lge.com/support/manual.jsp) and it doesnt give a definite clear answer to your question. but i have an LG phone so maybe it is similar... there is a side button for up and down, and it should adjust your ringer volume when you are in standby mode. if you adjust it all the way down, thats one way to turn the ringer off. but on my phone, if i hold down the down arrow for about 5 seconds, it says "silence all".

i would try the side keys first, if that doesnt turn your ringer off, then i hope the manual can help. http://www.lge.com/support/manual.jsp
