Ringtone length on C2000

I searched and I didn't see this particular issue addressed. The problem is that I downloaded a Real Music ringtone for my wife's C2000 and when it is played on the phone it just loops the first 5 seconds or so. The preview was about 15-20 seconds long. I'm guessing it's an issue with the phone since my Nokia 6102 plays similiar length ringtones just fine. Is there anything I can do to get whole file (or more of it, anyway) to play?

How did you download the ringtone? I have been trying to do this for 3 days. I have the link on my phone in the form of an e-mail, but I cannot get it on my phone.
