    hi, im using a vx8300 with a vista premium pc and a usb cable from the music essentials kit, my computer will recognise the phone under com9 port but i cannot access it with windows media player and it is not shown under my computer, how can i fix this problem?

    You need to download the new Vista Music Kit at Untitled Page to get it working. Unfortunately, as you will see on the site, the drivers are not yet available.
