    does anyone know what the watermark looks like on an LGVX9900 (orange enV) before & after it is exposed to water damage?

    The indicator that tells you whether or not the phone has been exposed to moisture is actually on the battery of the phone.

    Take the battery out and look down at the bottom. There should be a small hole in it. Look inside that hole, if there are small red + or x 's then at least that part of the phone hasn't been exposed to moisture. If it is a solid color....most likely red or pink, then the phone has been exposed to enough moisture to turn that indicator.

    There are other things a Tech will look for when determining water damage.

    Why are you asking???....Is the phone acting up or something?

    yeah, it won't charge unless the charger is in it a certain way. i tried it with numerous chargers. and there's no water damage, either. boo

    you may want to look into the charging port itself on the phone. Sometime's the small pins that are in there will get bent and prevent the phone from charging. Also make sure that none of them are touching. You can take like a paper clip or something small like that and straighten them out.
