i have a micro sd and usb cable for my shine. i want to be able to manage my wallpaper, ringtones, ect. but i cant seem to get any of the lg phone manager programs to connect to my phone. i can sync my music and drag and drop files and whatnot. but i would love to have a program that i can MAKE ringtones and wallpapers altogether. instead of manually by dragging and dropping. i keep getting this error:

Fail to connect to the mobile handset, Please check the COM port and connect in idle screen. Due to the multifunction, despite idle screen, it ca be failed to connect

any idea whats going on? ive tried 3 diff. programs already.
