No there is not, I don't think. There may be a way, but have never tried. I'm sorry.

Are you getting another Verizon Wireless phone for the contacts to be stored on? If so, if the venus is still active, go to get it now and go to Get Tools. Then browse for Backup Assistant. Then download it. Then on your new phone do the same thing...the contacts are quickly transferred...and for free if you have MyVerizon.

i have tried that and it wont work because i am going to a pocket pc

i really gotta find a way to transfer these numbers because if not then thas 240 contacts to transfer by hand
