LG cell phone locked

Hello there, I have an LG cell phone that my daughter uses for play, and she locked the phone, and I can't get it unlocked, is there something that I can do to get this unlocked. It doesn't have service to it, she just uses it for pretend. Can someone help me????

You mean physically locked so that it cannot be opened? What model phone is it?

yea this is the security lock that most phones have after she may of accidently tried to unlock something more than 3 times. You have to call up your manufacture to ask for the code, some models although cannot unlock it at all and don't have a code
