I have a Verizon LG VX-8350 broken in a way that makes everything in the screen invisible, only leaving a white screen. Aside from this major flaw, it works perfectly.

I just got a new Verizon phone and I am having trouble transferring the contacts. I know I need to get to Get it Now, download the Backup Assistant Application, and do some more things, but I have no way of seeing where I am. If someone has a phone similar to this and could go through the somewhat tedious work of recording the key strokes necessary to do this, or even record a video of it and post it somewhere, it would be greatly appreciated.
