The LG Optimus 2X will soon be coming to Australia, according to Gizmodo Australia, who had met with and talked with an official of LG. The LG Optimus 2X is said to launch sometime in March or April of this year and will be exclusively with possibly two carriers, although they have not been mentioned. The three possibilities are: Vodafone, Optus or Telestra.


Features of the LG Optimus 2X will include: Nvidia's Tegra 2 Chip, which will make this a dual core smartphone, Android 2.2 (upgradeable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread), GPS, Wi-Fi and DLNA, to full HD (1080) video recording.
