LG rumor touch deleting Photos from old memory card

I put my old memory card into my LG rumor touch, it showed the pictures were there but they were just blank pictures, i pressed back, then came back to try to look at them and they all got deleted. Any reason?

You may want to try and put the card into a card reader and see what is on the card via your computer. chances are the rumor touch stores pictures in a different folder than you old phone, which is why they are not displaying correctly.

I had already placed BOTH memory cards that got deleted into a usb device and tried to find them on my computer, there was no pictures. I put them back into their old phones and nothing was there. Nothing was said about memory cards just a couple years old would be able to be read by a new phone, which my opinion, I dislike LG rumor touch I plan to activate my old phone..
