Using iTunes for Transferring Contacts:

If you have iTunes installed on your computer, and an active Internet connection, then you can use the software to sync contacts from your iPhone with your Google account. You can then set the account so that it syncs contacts with your Android smartphone. Synced contacts include the contact photo, email address(es) and any other available information.

  1. Open iTunes on your computer
  2. Establish a connection between your iPhone and computer via USB
  3. Once connected, the iPhone will pop-up in iTunes. Click it to view the summary page
  4. Click the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
  5. Select "Google Contacts" from the drop-down menu
  6. Register your Google account in iTunes. If you've already done so, you can click "Configure" and select an existing account
  7. Click "Account" to begin the syncing process
  8. On the LG L70, register the same account as the one used in iCloud. (NOTE: if you need to add an account, go to "Settings" > "Accounts")
  9. Allow Google to sync contacts with your L70

Using iCloud to Transfer Contacts:

If you've used the iCloud service before, your iPhone contacts should be already backed up on your iCloud account. By accessing it, you can export your contacts as a VCF file. For this method, you are required to have a computer with Internet access.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on your computer and visit
  2. Log in with your iCloud account
  3. Click "Contacts" to view the list of contacts, and select the ones you wish to export
  4. Click the cog wheel icon located in the bottom-left side of the window
  5. Select "Export vCard" and wait for your computer to download the VCF file
  6. Import the vCard file to "Google Contacts". Alternatively, connect the LG L70 to your computer using the USB cable, and copy > paste the vCard file in the phone's "sdcard" directory. Then, launch the contacts application, press "Menu" and use the "Import / Export" function to import the VCF file's contents

Using "My Contacts Backup":

If you don't have access to a computer, you can transfer your contacts from the iPhone using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up your iPhone's contacts as a VCF file, which can then be sent via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and download "My Contacts Backup" on your iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap "Backup"
  3. After the backup is created, tap "Email" to attach the vCard file to the email
  4. Enter your own Gmail address as the recipient, and send the email
  5. On the LG L70, open the email and download the file attachment on your device
  6. Import the vCard file's contents via the contacts app and "Import / Export"

Transferring Contacts Using "Send Anywhere":

You can also use "Send Anywhere" in order to transfer contacts without access to a computer. This is an iOS and Android app that uses a P2P connection in order to transfer contacts and other types of files from one phone to another. To use this method:

  1. Install "Send Anywhere" on the LG L70 via the Play Store
  2. From the App Store, download the same app on your iPhone
  3. On the sender device which is the iPhone, tap "Send"
  4. Tap "Contacts" and select the contacts that you want to share
  5. When ready, tap "Send"
  6. Lastly, select the desired method of sharing. You can tap "Receive" on the L70 and enter the randomly generated transfer code from the iPhone. Or, you can tap "Generate QR Code" on the iPhone, and scan the code with the L70's camera in order to commence the transfer
