I am so frustrated with my phone! History - for 4 days it has been scanning media files (when I check for space it appears to be full) so I went to my service provider who had no idea what to do! I rang LG support so far 3 times over the last 3 days and each one has a different solution, none of which appear to work!I have installed LG Suite on my PC and it tells me that there is nothing on my phone (ie no photos) Basically my LG E 975K mobile phone cant download any files, cant open the gallery, cant take a photo, and cant use my Strava. When I try to use any of these functions a little black box tells me to "try again after scanning media files"When I click on Storage it says the total space is 0.00B My apps are 218MB and Available is 000B I am at a total loss as to what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

John it doesnt have a memory card you can remove - all I know is what I put in the first post - it appears full but it wont let me open ie photos to remove any . Thanks for any thoughts I have given up on LG Support after 4 phone calls each one tells me a different thing - very frustrating. Even if I could just revert it back to default and loose everything (all my contacts are on the sim thank goodness) I would be happy.
