    Restoring Applications:

    1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings" and swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset"
    4. Mark the "Automatic restore" check box

    Restoring Contacts:

    1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
    3. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    4. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & management"
    5. Locate the backup file and select it
    6. Tap "Next" and press "Start" to begin the restoration process. (NOTE: it may take several minutes to complete)
    7. At the "Restored" message, tap "Done" and wait for your smartphone to reboot

    Restoring Data from the SD Card:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings" and swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset" > "LG Backup Service"
    4. Tap "File restore & Management" and locate the backup file on the SD card
    5. Select the file and tap "Next"
    6. To begin the restoration process, press "Start"
    7. At the "Restored" message, tap "Done"
    8. Your smartphone will reboot and restore the data

    Restoring Media Files Using Your Smartphone:

    1. While on the home screen tap "Apps"
    2. Go to "Settings"
    3. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    4. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & management"
    5. Locate and select the media backup file
    6. Tap "Next" > "Start". The restoration process may take several minutes
    7. Once the process is done, a "Restored" message will pop-up
    8. Tap "Done" and wait for your smartphone to reboot

    Restoring Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG G3 Cat.6 to your computer via USB
    2. Tap "Media Sync (MTP)"
    3. On the computer, navigate to where the media files are backed up
    4. Copy the files and navigate to the phone's storage
    5. Transfer the files in the desired folder(s) on your smartphone
    6. Once the transfer is done, click the "Removable mass storage device" icon located in the system tray
    7. Safely disconnect your smartphone from the PC
