Enable Call Forwarding:
- Swipe the Notification bar down on the home screen
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding under Incoming call
- Select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap Contacts and select a contact to forward calls to
- Tap Turn on
Enable Conditional Forwarding:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Under Forward if, select to forward incoming calls if Unanswered, Unreachable, or Busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively, tap Contacts and select one from the phonebook
- Tap Update / Turn on
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Turn off
Block Incoming Calls From a Contact / Phone Number:
- Access the Settings menu
- Tap Call > Decline and reject calls
- Tap Reject calls from
- Tap + and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a call log entry or phone number: select it and tap Done
- To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap Done
- To block a new phone number: enter the phone number and tap Save
Unblock Calls:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Decline and reject calls
- Tap Reject calls from
- Tap the Trash can icon
- Select the phone number you want to unblock and tap Delete
- Tap Yes to confirm
Block Messages:
- Launch Messaging
- Tap Menu > Register spam numbers
- Select whether or not to Delete all messages of the selected number
- Tap Yes to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messaging
- Tap Menu
- Access Spam manager
- Go to Spam settings > Spam numbers
- Tap the Trash can icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Delete > Yes
