Block Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from” and tap “+”
  4. Follow one of these steps:
    • To block a phone number or call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a contact: select the contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone numbers you want to remove
  5. Press “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
  3. Choose whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  4. Tap “Yes”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Press “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
  2. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  3. Select “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls when “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  4. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
