Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap the “call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+” and select “Contact”, “Call logs” or “New number”
  6. Select/enter the contact/phone number you want to block
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Under “General”, tap “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “trash can” and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove” > “Remove” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Select the message sent by the contact/number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Message blocking” under “General”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “trash can”
  5. Select the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove” two times to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  7. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” in the “Call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “More” under “Advanced”
  4. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn OFF”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Call logs” tab and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced”, tap “More”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
  6. Under “Forward If” select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
  7. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Update”. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  8. Tap “Turn ON”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. From the “Call logs” tab, tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Under “Advanced”, tap “More”
  4. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward If”, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn OFF” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. From the “Call logs” tab, tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Clear all” > “Clear” to confirm
