Restore App Data:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Access the “General” tab if needed
  3. Tap “Backup & reset”
  4. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
  5. Tap the desired backup file and press “Start”
  6. At the prompt, tap “Done”

NOTE: You may have to reboot your phone in order for the restore to complete.

Restore Contacts from an SD Card Backup:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to the “General” tab
  3. Tap “Backup & reset”
  4. Scroll to “LG Backup” and tap “Restore from backup”
  5. Locate and select the SD card backup file you want to restore
  6. Tap “Start” > “Done”

NOTE: You may need to reboot your phone to complete the process.

Restore Media Files on Your Phone:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Access the “General” tab and tap “Backup & Reset”
  3. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
  4. Locate and tap the media backup files you want to restore
  5. Tap “Start” and wait for the “Restore completed” prompt then tap “Restart”

Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

  1. Connect the LG Phoenix 3 to your computer via USB
  2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
  3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the backup or “.sbf” files you wish to restore
  5. Copy and paste the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “media” folder or the directories they originate from
  6. After the transfer is complete ,eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
