Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  6. Select “Contacts” or “Call logs” or “New number”
  7. Enter or select the phone number you want to block
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  5. Access “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the message sent by the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block” again to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Message blocking”
  3. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
  6. Select “Always forward”
  7. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  8. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. In the “Call logs” screen, tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Scroll to “Advanced”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if”, select “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Contacts” or “Update” and select an existing account
  8. Tap “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Scroll to “Advanced” and tap “More”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
  6. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. Tap “Turn Off”
