Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Go to “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  7. Enter the phone number whose calls you want to block or select an existing contact
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers” > “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact form the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select” Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”
  8. Select an account and tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “menu’ > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More’ under “Advanced”
  5. Access “Call forwarding”
  6. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. When ready tap “Turn Off”
