Back Up App Data:
- Open Settings
- Access Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset
- Tap Google Backup and enable Back up my data
Back Up Contacts to an LG Account:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset
- Tap LG Backup > Backup & Restore
- Select Back up my data and sign in with your LG account
- Select and expand Personal data
- Ensure the other options are deselected
- Tick the Contacts check box and tap Start > Done
Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:
- Open Settings
- Go to Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset > LG Backup & Restore
- Tap Backup data > SD Card and select the desired contact
- Tap Start > Done
Back Up Media Files:
- Open Settings
- Go to Backup & Restore
- Tap LG Backup > Backup & Restore
- Select Media data and deselect the other options
- Expand Media data
- Select the desired files and tap Start > Done
Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable File Transfer / Media device at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files or .sbf backup files you want to back up
- Copy the files and transfer them to the desired backup location on the PC
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Go to Apps -> Settings -> General Tab -> Backup & Reset. Then select LG Backup & Restore -> Back up Data. From there, select the backup location, the type of files, and then proceed the backup. Also, you can use 3rd party tool to backup all files to PC, such as MobiKin Backup Manager for Android.
