    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
    4. Tap “Google Backup” and enable “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts to an LG Account:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    5. Select “Back up my data” and sign in with your LG account
    6. Select and expand “Personal data”
    7. Ensure the other options are deselected
    8. Tick the “Contacts” check box and tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” > “LG Backup & Restore”
    4. Tap “Backup data” > “SD Card” and select the desired contact
    5. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Backup & Restore”
    3. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    4. Select “Media data” and deselect the other options
    5. Expand “Media data”
    6. Select the desired files and tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
    2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files or “.sbf” backup files you want to back up
    4. Copy the files and transfer them to the desired backup location on the PC
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Go to Apps -> Settings -> General Tab -> Backup & Reset. Then select LG Backup & Restore -> Back up Data. From there, select the backup location, the type of files, and then proceed the backup. Also, you can use 3rd party tool to backup all files to PC, such as MobiKin Backup Manager for Android.
