I am so disheartened right now and looking for any help I can get...

We recently found my husband's old LG LS660 phone and charged it and turned it on. I then found the only video to this day of my mom playing with my daughter when she was a year old before she passed away the next year..

I immediately hooked it to Wifi and started sending videos over. Then it rebooted and now it will only turn onto the start LG screen and then to Virgin Mobile where it FREEZES and will not turn on.

There is no SD card in it, there is no Google photos backed up, and it wont connect to the computer with USB without turning all the way on.

PLEASE HELP ME

Everything I have found on it says Hard Reset and it will lose everything. What can i do?!?!?
