Help! Razr V3c seems to mute itself and nobody can hear me talk

I have been having a problem with the Razr v3c where I can make a call with no problem one time and the next time the person can not hear me talk. This happens intermittenly and I can not get it to work unless I remove the battery and replace it. Very strange. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Take it back to where you bought it. You obviously have a defective phone.
