Ok so I had a V9X, great phone. Gave it to my wife and she loved it, until she dropped it and the lower chassis where the hinge is broke.

I've been trying to find a V9X housing replacement on Ebay and such, but to no avail. However I do seem to see many V9 housings for sale.

My question is can I take the guts out of my V9X and put them into a V9 housing?
