Windows Mobile 2003 problem

I have a moto MPX220 and I recently figured out how to send files to it via bluetooth. There was a messed up setting and it was resolved... Now when I upload ringtones it goes to "sounds" and from there you cant set them as ringtones. I dont know how to get my files into the ringtones folder. So until I do Im stuck with crappy default tones. Help! Thanks.
