can somone help me out here

i'm not sure it goes on this thread, but since i do have the phone, i might as well put it in this thread.

i bought a 2gb micro sd memory card for my phone today, and when i go to format, it fails. it says "retry?" but every time i do, nothing happens.

my phone is a v360 by the way.

i know it can support memory cards since i had one, but am i missing something?

The v360 will not recognize the 2 gig card. I know cuz I tried.
Take it back and get a 1 gig card. My v360 works just fine with
the 1 gig card. hope this helps.

It probably doesn't support 2 gb.

try these directions

From the main screen, press OK to choose Menu.
Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
Select Memory then press OK.
Select Card Memory then press OK.
Press the right soft key to choose Options.
Select Format then press OK.
When prompted, enter the 4-digit lock code.
The default code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
Select Yes then press OK.

The 2gig does not work with that phone.


try the 1gig

return the 2gig to where ever you got it, and tell them your problem
