Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
  2. Tap the contact whose calls you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  3. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
