PST says phone not connected when tryin to write HELP

i neeeed help
ive been doing this for houuuurs
i have pst
m-backup
the driver

and when i try to read or write to my c350 phone it says
phone not connected plz plug wire in or sumthin like that

is this sum xp problem cuz i did the compatibility thing
still doent work

so sum1 plz help

how do i get pst to read and write on my c350 fone

it seems for me that you'll have to edit the registry. first make a quick test: open the hardware admin. and then connect the phone and then open pst. if in the hardware admin. there is something unknown, you'll have to do it. let me know and i'll help you.
