Question Switching from i60 to i730

I have a question if i bought a new i730 with new sim card and all is it possible to call Nextel Customer Service and have them switch my service from my i60 to the newer phone? I want all the features of the i730 so using my old sim is out of the question.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to a Nextel dealer or Kiosk in the mall and let them upgrade your phone. They will seel you the phone , transfer the info on your sim card and all you do is extend your contract. I did it every 3 months there for a while.
