nextel problem's

i have to give up nextel service, nextel doesn't provide internet connection with apple laptops. i don't know why a large cell phone provider would limit there market and not support apple computers. i need a cell phone that provides a laptop connection while on the road for a internet connection. nextel falls short.

Why don't you try a Windows Emulator. There are several on the market and all do extremely well on Macs. The nice thing about a Mac is that if it senses a connection to any network, it usually maps it better than a Windows machine by using AppleTalk. It might be worth a shot!?!?! Since your only issue is the software used for the handshake, it might work.
