Help with uploading songs to nextel phone

I had all the programs needed and then my computer took a dump and I just got it back and I had lost alot of my programs. I remember I used cool edit pro and I also used webjal and I was able to locate and install both of them but there was another program I needed and I cant think of what it was. I know that I would find the song I wanted and cut it down on cool edit pro then I would put it through this program that I cant think of and for somereason I had to do it twice or it wouldnt work then I would bring it to webjal to put it on my phone. If anyone can think of what it is called I would be forever gratefull. Thanks
